The order payments for a purchased Travel Package may be refundable ONLY if the Travel Package is canceled in writing HERE as follows:

|5-95 days prior to Arrival Date*||14 days from ORDER date|
|*Arrival Date is the scheduled hotel check-in date. All such refunds will be assessed a cancellation charge of 20% plus any amounts paid or owed to third parties (i.e., amounts which Unity Travel is not entitled to a refund or must pay notwithstanding the cancellation).|
