We try our best to ensure a great trip for our travelers. We understand there are situations where customers cannot make their trips. In cases like these, you are welcome to transfer your reservation within a certain time frame from departure.
In order to cancel your reservation, there is a two-step process:
1. Fill out the Cancel Request Form
2. Send an email to reservations@unity.travel to complete the process.
Your request will be processed within 72 hours of submission and receipt of the email.
- Please make sure the information provided in the form reflects your Unity Travel account.
- Your cancellation request date will be based on when you complete & submit the above form.
- Telephone, email, web-chat, or cancellations by proxy (someone else, even if they paid) are not accepted.

***Products such as shuttles will NOT be refunded after the event. Even if they are not used over the duration of the weekend. All sales are final after the festival begins.***

**ALL package Add-on/Activities are non-refundable unless otherwise noted, i.e. shuttles, tickets, and camping**
Shuttles are final sale once the event begins, even if the passes are not used. Times are subject to change due to traffic, weather or other conditions that are out of our control, and all reasons mentioned do not constitute a refund.
All changes MUST be requested in writing from the email address associated with your Unity.Travel account.
