In addition to the purchase confirmation, you will be automatically emailed instructions on how to check in and claim festival/shuttle passes (if purchased). All information you need to know will be contained in those emails.

30 days before the festival, you will be sent these same instructions a second time in the event that information has changed or been updated.
If any procedures or information changes within 30 days of the festival, you will be texted with updates.
