7. Unity Travel will-call rules and information.

You will claim your festival tickets in person, In Ellensburg, from the Unity Travel will call, at our Headquarters hotel, lobby.

As a standard policy, Unity Travel does NOT ship anything in the mail per request of Resolution festival and USC events.

Your tickets will be at the Unity Travel Will Call when you arrive in Seattle.  All tickets will be under the purchaser or group lead’s name.

Make sure to bring a valid government ID  to the Unity will call booth, to claim all the tickets purchased with your package.

The exact process, location and hours, with a map, will be texted or emailed to everyone 2 weeks before the festival.
