14. Is Early Check in Available?

Early check-in may be available on a first-come-first-serve basis, for an additional charge and based on room availability.

Please keep in mind festival weekends are extremely busy for hotels, so there is a greater chance early check-in will not be available, we appreciate your respect and patience!

Unity Travel or the hotels can't guarantee early check-in, but they will do their best to accommodate! 

If you arrive prior to 2:00 PM and your room is not ready, we request that you check your luggage at the Bell Desk and enjoy the hotel amenities or the city until your room becomes available. 

To avoid the rush of check-in and secure your room early, we advise adding an additional night to your stay!
