12. What is the minimum age to check-in?

Many of the properties will have different age requirements for check-in, please review the info below!

All hotels for Resolution require the purchaser to have a valid credit card in their name.

If you don't have a valid credit card and/or meet the minimum age requirement; you must transfer the order with Unity travel to a friend who has a card and is over the age needed for check-in.

If you need to make a name change on your reservation please contact our reservations department directly via email at [e-mail] 

Reservation name changes will not be processed via phone or chat, a written email request is required first.

Please include the following information:

- Full name

- Order Number

- Your exact name change request (be specific
